(Source: USDOJ) NEWARK, N.J. – A doctor with offices in Toms River, New Jersey, was indicted today for accepting thousands of dollars in cash bribes in exchange for referring his patients to two lab companies that performed blood and DNA testing, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.
Vincent Destasio, 54, of Toms River, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Newark on one count of conspiracy to accept cash bribes and two substantive counts of accepting cash bribes. The indictment was unsealed today. Destasio will be arraigned on a date to be determined. (more…)

(Source: USDOJ) -ALBUQUERQUE – Pawankumar Jain, 63, a physician whose license has been revoked, entered a guilty plea this morning in federal court in Las Cruces, N.M., to unlawfully dispensing controlled substances and health care fraud. The guilty plea was announced by U.S. Attorney Damon P. Martinez, Special Agent in Charge Will R. Glaspy of the DEA’s El Paso Division, and Special Agent in Charge Terry Wade of the FBI’s Albuquerque Division. (more…)
This crazy Russian doctor kills patient with one punch after he allegedly touched a nurse. He was immediately fired from the hospital and is currently under investigation for murder. He only faces two years for the crime and is free man walking the streets.
The patient’s name is Yevgeniy Bakhtin, 56, who had allegedly been aggressive towards a nurse during a stomach examination December 29, 2015.
